Banff Sunshine has invited Stoney Nakoda Watâga Singers and Dancers to join them at Banff Sunshine Village the weekend of September 9th & 10th for Indigenous Days at Sunshine. Stoney Nakoda Watâga Singers and Dancers will share the vibrant culture of Stoney Nakoda with us. They will be performing the following dances: Northern Traditional, Grass, Chicken, and Jingle dress.

At Banff Sunshine Village and at SkiBig3, we acknowledge that we live, work, and play on the traditional and contemporary territories of the Blackfoot Confederacy (Siksika, Kainai, Piikani), the Tsuut’ina, the Îyâxe Nakoda Nations, the Métis Nation (Region 3), and all people who make their homes in the Treaty 7 region of Southern Alberta.

Participation in our Indigenous Days is included with a valid gondola pass.
