After an amazing winter season, Mt. Norquay is excited to welcome back visitors for Mt. Norquay Summer Opening Day on June 11, 2022.

Just like in the winter, Mt. Norquay is a centre for adventure and spectacular views all summer long. Take the North American sightseeing chairlift to the top of the mountain for panoramic views of the Town of Banff. Then, stay a while and dine in Mt. Norquay’s famous Cliffhouse Bistro (built more than 70 years ago!).

If you want to turn the adventure dial up a notch, Mt. Norquay offers an assisted climbing Via Ferrata experience unlike anything you’ll find in the Canadian Rockies. Test your bravery with the guidance of an experienced ACMG guide, as you scale mountain faces, climb ladders, and cross suspension bridges all while safely secured with a steel cable and harness.
