HOW TO REDEEM IKON PASS FRIENDS & FAMILY
Step 1:
- Your friend has sent you a discount via email entitled “A Lift Ticket Discount Has Been Shared With You”
- You must claim the discount by logging in or creating an Ikon Pass Account.
Step 2:
- Once you have signed into your account, the discount will apply automatically to your account.
- You can verify by viewing your discount availability under “My Account“.
Step 3:
- Visit the SkiBig3 Adventure Hub (114 Banff Ave) or the Guest Service Desk at Banff Sunshine, Lake Louise or Mt Norquay.
- The guest service agent will be able to look up your account and you’ll be able to purchase a discounted ticket.
Lift Tickets will be charged at 25% off the one-day SkiBig3 Lift Ticket Rate. Ikon Pass Friends & Family tickets may not be used by the pass holder for additional days.
